“Sometimes there are bridges you need to burn in order to see the light,” Benson says. “Some bad people—and some bad decisions—are carved into us like a knife into flesh. When we lose ourselves, we learn to forget who we truly are. We must start again. We must rebuild ourselves from the inside out.”

“Burn This City” is a track off the new album, “We Defy Oblivion,” by The Sweetest Condition, which will be self-released on Bandcamp in Fall 2016.
